v2.4.5 is focused on enterprise-scale reporting and clearer coaching workflows. Multi-team analytics now span projects more consistently, team activity status is easier to interpret, and portfolio views are aligned to configured scope for more trustworthy reporting.

What's New in v2.4.5

  • Agile Coach now includes a dedicated Multi-Team Aging page in navigation.
  • Multi-Team Aging supports multi-project team selection with checkbox-based picking and scoped team sets.
  • Monte Carlo now supports multi-team, multi-project scoped selection for broader forecast scenarios.
  • Feature Analytics now follows configured Live Stats scope (Enterprise), including cross-project team scope.
  • Live Stats Maintenance % now reads Azure DevOps Work Origin = Maintenance for cleaner maintenance tracking.
  • Team activity filters improved with Active Only default, Include Inactive toggle, and activity-window controls.
  • Inactive team status badges are visually emphasized to reduce accidental inactive-team selection.

Data Quality and Reporting Reliability

  • Current Sprint reporting continues to align with saved workflow mapping rather than raw state labels.
  • Cycle-time displays are protected against malformed timestamp outliers to avoid unrealistic p50/p85 values.
  • Workflow defaults keep early states explicit (including New/Approved/Committed) for stronger stage coverage.

Why This Matters

  • Large organizations can analyze delivery risk across many teams and projects without manual re-selection.
  • Portfolio dashboards are less noisy because views honor admin-defined scope by default.
  • Agile coaches get clearer aging and activity signals when inactive teams and stale data are present.

Operational Notes

  • No migration is required.
  • Existing configuration remains compatible.
  • Enterprise multi-project behavior uses saved Live Stats scope and team selections from Configuration.
