Inside Azure DevOps
What every plan actually looks like
Real screens from inside the extension, cropped from the views every plan above unlocks in full.
Dashboard

Sprint health at a glance: flow efficiency, lead time, throughput, and WIP, included in every plan.
Monte Carlo forecast

Every plan includes Monte Carlo forecasting: probability-based delivery forecasts, not guesses.
One price, whole team
Priced per organisation, not per person
Many analytics tools for Azure DevOps bill per user, so the cost climbs every time someone new opens a report. Agile Analytics is one flat annual price for your organisation. Put in your team size and the per-user price you are comparing against. Both numbers are yours to change.
Per-user pricing
$2,400/year
10 people × $20/user each month × 12. Climbs with every new user.
Agile Analytics: Premium
$2,000/year
Flat for your whole organisation. Unlimited seats. The price never changes because more people looked.
You save $400/year with Agile Analytics
And it stays flat as your team grows. Per-user pricing keeps climbing.
The per-user figure is an example you control, not a quote from any specific product. Agile Analytics prices are exact.
Not ready to commit?
Hi, I'm Henry Sword
I lead Agile Analytics at Baytek. Procurement question, security review, a feature you can't find, pricing for an unusual team size: bring it up directly. We answer in plain language, no sales script. Public sector and large enterprise welcome.
How checkout works
Choose a plan and the Stripe Embedded Checkout opens on this page. After payment, Baytek emails your license key so you can activate Agile Analytics inside Azure DevOps.
FAQ
What counts as a seat?
A seat is an assigned place on your plan. Your extension admin assigns people in Configuration → Access Control; assigned users, including admins, each hold one seat. The Team plan includes 2 seats, Business includes 6, and Premium is unlimited. You can swap seats at any time by removing someone and assigning someone else. During the trial there are no seats: everyone in your organisation has full access.
What happens if my team grows past my seat count?
You can never be billed for more than your plan. When every seat is assigned, new assignments are simply refused until you remove someone or upgrade. Everyone without a seat still sees the Dashboard and can request a seat from your admin in one click.
Which plan should I pick?
Pick Team if a few people on one squad will open the reports, Business if you have a full delivery team or two, and Premium if you want every Azure DevOps user in your org to be able to look at the metrics whenever they like.
What counts as an "organisation"?
One Azure DevOps organisation (for example, dev.azure.com/your-org). The extension is installed at organisation level, so the seat count is scoped to that organisation. Each subscription covers a single organisation, and your license key locks to the first organisation it is activated in. If you run more than one organisation, each needs its own subscription.
How am I billed?
Every plan is billed once a year through Stripe: Team is $300/year, Business is $1,200/year, and Premium is $2,000/year.
How does the trial work?
Install from the Azure Marketplace. Your 30-day trial starts immediately with no credit card and no sign-up form. During the trial every user in your org has access. Before the trial ends, purchase a plan and enter your license key.
How do I activate after purchase?
After payment, you receive a license key by email within minutes. Open Agile Analytics in Azure DevOps, go to Settings, open License, paste the key, and activate.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Email support to upgrade from Team to Business or Premium. Your license key and settings stay exactly as they are, and the new seat allowance applies as soon as the plan changes. Pro-ration is handled by Stripe. Downgrades are not offered.
What happens when the trial expires?
The extension shows a lock screen with a key entry field. Your data stays safe and nothing is deleted. Enter your license key to restore access instantly.
Do you offer refunds?
Try before you buy. Every organisation gets a 30-day free trial with no credit card, and we extend it on request if you need longer to evaluate. Because you can test the full product before paying, paid subscriptions are not refundable. Purchases made before this policy took effect keep the guarantee they bought under.
