Agile Analytics v2.5.2 Release Notes

Version 2.5.2 redesigns the Feature Configuration tab by replacing the legacy visual filter builder with a focused Enterprise Scope picker, simplified Team Scope controls, and preserved field mappings.

v2.5.2 is a focused Feature Configuration redesign. Compared with v2.5.1, this release updates the configuration experience so scope setup is explicit and easier to manage while removing legacy controls that no longer affect the 2.5.x Feature Analytics view.

Configuration -> Feature Redesign

The Feature tab is now split into clear sections for scope and mappings:

  • Enterprise Scope picker (enterprise tier): explicitly define project/team combinations included in Feature Analytics.
  • Selected teams appear as removable chips grouped by project, replacing silent fallback-only behavior.
  • Team Scope (Starter/Pro/Business): pick a project for team lookup, then exclude teams with simple checkboxes.
  • Field Mappings remain unchanged: Feature Size, Product Area, and Feature Points overrides are preserved.

Removed Legacy Visual Filters

The old visual filter builder section (PowerBI-style operators, logic connectors, top-N and relative-time controls) was removed from Configuration because it no longer drives filtering in the new Feature Analytics view.

  • Filtering now happens in the live Feature Analytics filter bar directly against current data.
  • Removing unused controls also reduces extension bundle size by about 7 KiB.

Upgrade Notes

  • No data migration is required.
  • Excluded-team selections and field-mapping overrides are preserved.
  • Previously configured visual-filter entries are no longer shown or applied in 2.5.2.
