What to include in your request
- Which app you are using: Agile Analytics (Azure DevOps), Baytek Sprint Analytics (Jira), or Copilot AI Metrics.
- Your Azure DevOps organization URL (e.g. dev.azure.com/yourorg) or Jira Cloud site URL (e.g. yourcompany.atlassian.net).
- A clear description of the issue or question.
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if applicable.
- Any error messages or screenshots that may help diagnose the issue.
- The severity: Critical, High, Normal, or Low (see the SLA for definitions).
