Agile Analytics 6.65.3: a first-week checklist in AGAN AI, and Configuration tabs that show what it saved

New organisations get "Your first week" in AGAN AI: three steps that decide whether their numbers are right. A Configuration tab open beside the panel now shows a change the Setup advisor saves straight away.

Your first week

A new organisation now sees "Your first week" at the top of the AGAN AI panel: three steps that decide whether your numbers are right.

  • Confirm your workflow mapping.
  • Check which work item types are counted.
  • Add your team to Live Stats.

How the checklist works

Each step opens the right Configuration tab and is ticked when it is done. The list goes away when all three are done, or when you click Hide this list. Organisations that already confirmed their mapping do not see it.

Open tabs show the change

AGAN AI opens beside the view, so you can have a Configuration tab such as WIP Rules open while you confirm a change in the Setup advisor. That tab kept showing the settings from before until you reloaded the page, and saving it, or saving Live Stats, could put the old settings back over the change. The open tab now shows the saved change straight away, and the same goes for Undo.

Your own edits stay

If you had unsaved edits on that tab, they stay where they are and the tab says that AGAN AI saved a change while you were editing. Saving keeps your edits, so you decide which version stays.

A clearer Setup advisor

Under "Setup: X of Y" the Setup advisor now says what a missing point means: a setting that could make your numbers more accurate. When everything is done it says "Your setup is complete." It also no longer says "Nothing to change right now" above "Show more suggestions".

Anonymous usage counts

AGAN AI now counts, anonymously, how it is used, so we can see which parts help. These counts are part of the usage data an admin can turn off under Configuration, Privacy. Your work items and settings are never sent.

  • That the panel was opened.
  • That a question was asked, never its text.
  • Whether a Setup advisor change was applied, undone or hidden, with only the settings area.

When a trial ends

The screen you see when a free trial ends now mentions that a licence also brings back AGAN AI.
