There is a new button in the bottom right corner of this website. It opens AGAN AI, an assistant that answers questions about Agile Analytics for Azure DevOps: what the views show, how a metric is calculated, how workflow mapping works, how to install, how the trial and seats work, and what reaches us and what does not.
What it does
AGAN AI answers from the public pages of this website and nothing else, and it links the pages each answer is based on so you can check them.
- Answers in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
- Points you to the right guide or view instead of guessing.
- Hands you to Ask Henry, a person, for anything it cannot confirm: discounts, quotes for several organisations, legal questions or anything not on the site.
What it does not do
It is an AI, not a person, and it can be wrong. The pricing page, our Terms and any quote or order we send you are what apply, never a chat answer. It cannot see your Azure DevOps organisation, licence or account, and it cannot change, buy or cancel anything for you. It does not write code or answer questions unrelated to Agile Analytics.
Your data
What you type is sent to Anthropic, the AI provider that generates the answer, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days. We do not keep your conversation: it stays in your browser tab until you close it. Please do not type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information. Anthropic is a new sub-processor for this website assistant only; the Agile Analytics extension is unchanged and still sends no work item content to anyone.
