A smoother first setup

When Agile Analytics is first installed, it sets up a workflow mapping for you automatically. Workflow Mapping now picks that mapping up even if you opened Configuration while it was being prepared.

  • The mapping set up for you is on screen, ready to review.
  • Your first Save goes straight through.
  • Your edits stay protected: if another admin saves the mapping while you are editing, Agile Analytics keeps your changes on screen and asks you to reload before saving, so nobody’s work is overwritten.

Admins recognised through Microsoft Entra groups

Agile Analytics now recognises organisation administrators who are members of Project Collection Administrators through a Microsoft Entra group, the organisation owner included. They see the admin tabs and can take over the extension admin role when needed.

  • If Azure DevOps cannot confirm admin rights, “Check my access again” in Configuration lists the steps it tried, ready to copy for support.

What you need to do

Nothing. Azure DevOps updates the extension automatically. If you set up Agile Analytics recently, open Configuration, Workflow Mapping to review the mapping prepared for you. For everything AGAN AI does, read the 6.65 guide.
