It explains the numbers on your view
AGAN AI can now explain the numbers on the view you are on. On Dashboard, Cycle Time, Aging & Blocked, WIP Monitor, Flow Metrics, Monte Carlo, Sprint Summary, Delivery Signals, SLE Violations and DORA Metrics, a typed question also carries that view's own figures (percentages, day counts, item counts), never work items, names, IDs, dates or state names. "What we send" under the box lists each figure with the value it will carry.

Question first
The panel now opens with the question box in view: suggested questions for the view you are on, your conversation, the quick questions, and the setup checks and advisor folded into one "Setup" row you can expand. Admins see the setup score there; members see "Setup checks" without a score. Find a feature is a single search field.
Ask AGAN AI why
"Ask AGAN AI why" now sits next to warnings and badges that invite a question: a Flow Efficiency note about missing wait data, a Data Quality badge below High, a view that is limited or blocked for this team, and an empty view. It opens the panel with the question written for you; nothing is sent until you press Send.
Also in this release
Two smaller changes:
- On laptop screens the panel no longer folds your sidebar to icons: it docks beside the view when there is room for both, and otherwise opens as a drawer that leaves the sidebar as you had it.
- AGAN AI now counts which of its parts are used (its first-time note, how the panel was opened, which quick question, the feature finder) and why an AI answer was refused, as codes only, never the question text. These counts are part of the usage data an admin can turn off under Configuration, Privacy.
