AGAN AI, now easier to find

Meet AGAN AI, if you have not yet: the blue "AGAN AI" button in the bottom-right corner opens a panel that answers typed questions about the view you are on, a metric or your setup, checks your setup, counts stuck work with the views' own rules and finds features. Only your question and a few counts about your setup are sent; your work items never leave your browser. The button now carries its name, and its tooltip and first-time note say you can ask it a question.

Free trial: everyone gets in

During a free trial, members who are not on the admin's user list no longer see the "request user access" screen while Agile Analytics is still confirming the trial; the hub waits for the answer and then opens as before. Admins and listed users see no change.

Also in this release

Two smaller changes:

  • The Marketplace title reads "Agile Analytics: Sprint Forecasting, Flow Metrics & Dashboards for Azure DevOps".
  • Behind the scenes: local test builds no longer contact our trial service, and a few development tools were updated. Nothing changes for you.

What you need to do

Nothing. Azure DevOps updates the extension automatically.
