Team and Business plans are moving to annual billing

Team and Business subscriptions are now billed once a year — $300/year for Team and $1,200/year for Business, the same total as before. Premium is unchanged. Existing monthly subscribers keep their current price and billing exactly as they are.

From August 2026, the Team and Business plans are billed annually instead of monthly. The totals are the same as twelve monthly payments were: Team is $300/year with 2 seats, Business is $1,200/year with 6 seats. Premium is unchanged at $2,000/year with unlimited seats.

What changes

Three things, and only the first one is really a change:

  • One payment a year instead of twelve. The yearly total is unchanged — Team at $300/year is exactly what 12 × $25 came to, and Business at $1,200/year is exactly 12 × $100.
  • Every plan still includes every feature. Nothing about the product, seats, or licence keys changes.
  • One subscription still covers one Azure DevOps organisation.

Already subscribed? Nothing changes for you

If you bought Team or Business while it was billed monthly, your subscription carries on exactly as it is — same price, same monthly billing, on every renewal. Annual billing applies to new purchases only. There is nothing you need to do.

Why annual

Most teams that buy Agile Analytics put it through a purchasing process once, then want an invoice their finance team sees once a year — not twelve small card charges to explain. Annual billing matches how Premium already worked and how most of our customers actually buy. And the evaluation path is unchanged: the 30-day trial is fully unlocked, needs no credit card, and we extend it on request if you need longer to decide.

Upgrading mid-year

Upgrades stay simple: move from Team to Business or Premium at any time and Stripe credits the unused part of your current year against the new plan. Your licence key and settings stay exactly as they are.
