Agile Analytics 6.65.4: your seat list on our server stays in step with your Access settings

On Team and Business plans, when an admin opens the hub, anyone with a seat in your Access settings who is missing from our server copy is now added to it. Nothing changes on screen and nobody loses a seat.

Your seat list, kept in step

On Team and Business plans, our server keeps a copy of who has a seat, taken from your Access settings. Some seats never reached that copy, for example an admin who claimed admin rights after it was first made. When an admin opens the hub, Agile Analytics now adds anyone with a seat in your Access settings who is missing from the server copy.

  • It only ever adds: nobody is removed and no role changes.
  • Your Access settings stay the source of truth.
  • This keeps AGAN AI answers available to everyone with a seat as we start checking seats on our server.

What you need to do
