A clearer screen when a trial ends

When a free trial ends, the screen now gives the date it ended and lists what is paused: cycle time, throughput, WIP, aging, forecasts, DORA and reports. Your settings and saved data stay exactly as they are, and a licence brings everything back.

Your team can ask for Agile Analytics back

Team members who are not organisation admins can press "I want Agile Analytics back". The screen then shows admins and members how many people asked in the last 30 days.

  • The count shows from 3 people up and never says who asked.
  • It is added to the message members can copy for their admin, so the person who decides sees it too.
  • Each press is one of the usage counts an admin can turn off under Configuration, Privacy. When they are off, the button is not shown.

Ask Henry, one click away

Need more time? Ask Henry now sits next to Buy with a card, and members get an Ask Henry button next to Copy message. The footer link is called Ask Henry too and opens the same form as before.

A few smaller improvements around the same screen:

  • If Azure DevOps could not confirm whether you are an organisation admin, the trial-ended screen now offers Check my access again, as Configuration does. When it confirms you, the admin options appear straight away.
  • Dashboard widgets that show Trial ended now include an Open Agile Analytics link.
  • The trial reminder address is now filled in automatically only for organisation administrators, as our Privacy page describes; anyone else can still type an address into the reminder form. The reminder form is no longer shown on the trial-ended screen.
  • The trial-ended screen also counts which of its links are used, with no names or content, so we can keep improving it.
