We've simplified pricing — one plan, whole org, 30-day trial

Agile Analytics now uses a simpler org-level pricing model: one plan for your whole Azure DevOps organisation, a 30-day free trial, and a license key after purchase.

Agile Analytics has moved from a multi-tier, per-user pricing story to a much simpler rollout model. You now install once at the Azure DevOps organisation level, start a 30-day free trial automatically, and decide on billing only if you want to keep going after the trial.

What changed

Agile Analytics is licensed per Azure DevOps organisation, with seat-based plans that scale from small teams to whole orgs.

  • One Azure DevOps organisation per subscription.
  • Pick the seat count that fits your team — every plan unlocks the full product.
  • No feature gates: every plan includes velocity, cycle time, Monte Carlo forecasting, and the AI coach.
  • A 30-day free trial starts on first install with no credit card required.

Pricing options

There are three plans after the trial — pick the one that matches the number of people who will open the reports:

  • Team: $25/month, 2 seats included. Right for a small Scrum team or a pilot rollout.
  • Business: $100/month, 6 seats included. Right for a full delivery team running Scrum or Kanban.
  • Premium: $2,000/year, unlimited seats. Best value for a whole org or multiple teams.

How activation works

When you purchase a subscription, Baytek emails a license key within minutes. Open Agile Analytics in Azure DevOps, go to Settings, open License, paste the key, and the extension unlocks immediately. If your trial has already expired, your data stays safe and access resumes as soon as the key is entered.
