Agile Analytics has moved from a multi-tier, per-user pricing story to a much simpler rollout model. You now install once at the Azure DevOps organisation level, start a 30-day free trial automatically, and decide on billing only if you want to keep going after the trial.
What changed
The new pricing is built around one org-level subscription instead of seat counting and tier comparisons.
- One Azure DevOps organisation per subscription.
- Unlimited users, teams, and projects on every paid plan.
- No per-seat pricing, feature gates, or upgrade path between feature bundles.
- A 30-day free trial starts on first install with no credit card required.
New pricing options
There are now three billing choices after the trial:
- Founding Partner: $1,500/year for a limited time, saving $900 versus monthly billing and locking in the price for life.
- Annual: $2,000/year, saving $400 versus monthly billing.
- Monthly: $200/month with cancel-anytime flexibility.
How activation works
When you purchase a subscription, Baytek emails a license key within minutes. Open Agile Analytics in Azure DevOps, go to Settings, open License, paste the key, and the extension unlocks immediately. If your trial has already expired, your data stays safe and access resumes as soon as the key is entered.
Founding Partner pricing is limited
The Founding Partner offer is intended as an early-buyer incentive while Baytek finalises the new billing flow. If that price fits your rollout, it is worth claiming while it is still available.
